The story started of when Mrs. Nebo and her friend went for shopping at the Oriental Plaza (both was well groomed due to there wealth). Mrs. Nebo bought a few items of which one was a dress. You can pick up that she is a women who can buy without finding any value for the items she buys (she bought a dress similar to one she already owns). The assistant of the shop notice how freely she spends her money and brought her attention to a scarf that could go with the dress. She (who could be seen as a perfectionist in the color scheme of her cloth) went on the search for a specific type of scarf and could not find such until she came to Mr. Sakus store. She wanted the scarf, but did not have enough cash and wanted to pay with a queue (and as we can make out;” what she want she gets!”). Mr. Sakus explain his policy (he only deals with cash strictly!) Mrs. Nebo. This just made Mrs. Nebo frustrated and embarrassed. She could not understand his reason and jump to conclusion, that he did not think she has the money. Mr. Sakus did not want to alter his policy for anyone (not even someone that is that important), because others will want the same treatment. She then forced a potential threat upon them (the traders) which made them give her the scarf for free. Mrs. Nebo only said thank you to the other traders, but left Mr. Sakus with a threat in mind.
